Egaturbo ANSI Industrial Pumps (ET-ANSI)

Model ET-ANSI is a frame mounted and end suction pump designed and built without compromise to handle corrosive chemicals. Model ET-ANSI conforms to ANSI Specification B73.1M in all respects. This pump covers a wide range of applications in most of Egaturbo markets and maintainability, economy, safety, efficiency and flexibility of application. Model ET-ANSI fits together with all Egaturbo product types in the ANSI family: ET-A horizontal process pump, ET-ALF low flow pump, ET-ASP self priming pump to handle a majority of customers' centrifugal pump applications while allowing lower inventory levels through sharing of parts between models.

Product types

The ET-ANSI pump is designed around a modular concept which allows the provision of multiple hydraulics with a small number of power frames. In addition, these power frames are completely interchangeable with all models of ET-ANSI product types:

  • ET-A: ANSI B73.1 Horizontal process pump
  • ET-ALF: ANSI B73.1 Low flow horizontal process pump
  • ET-ASP: ANSI B73.1 Horizontal self priming process pump

Performance specifications

With +30 hydraulics, the ET-ANSI pump line is designed to meet and exceed the ANSI/ASME B73.1 specification:

  • Flow range: up to 1300 m3/h 
  • Heads range: up to 275 m 
  • Temperatures range: up to 370 oC  
  • Pressures range: up to 30 bar

Typical market segments and applications

The ET-ANSI pump range of industry applications offers bespoke designs to fit every project need:

  • Oil and gas: water cooling, oil circulation, auxiliaries and other utilities
  • Power generation: condensate, pond water, and other utilities
  • Chemicals: sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, etc
  • General industry: hot oil, river water, cooling tower water, etc
