Egaturbo API Pump Packages (ET-PACK)

Egaturbo has experience in the design, engineering, and assembly of pump packages and complex packaged systems. Our pump packages are comprised of a typical pump and driver (electric motor or engines or pneumatic driven) with piping system, instrument including PLC controls, and simply mounted on fabricated baseplates. It is designed to minimize space, optimize performance and provide fully automated process control. All API pump materials are available as standard, plus bespoke options including NACE compliant materials. Standard documentation, testing and NDT packs are offered to fit customer exact requirements.

Product types

Egaturbo designs and manufactures complete pump skid packages with selected OEM pumps (API 610, 674, 675, or 676). Our skid packages are optimised for performance, space constraints, operation and integration challenges. Equipment is fully ATEX compliant and IECEx certified, meeting or exceeding stringent customer requirements. They can be configured for customer project specifications, including amongst others Norsok, ExxonMobil, Shell, BP, Pertamina, Petronas, etc. Skid packages are available with bespoke drive options such as gas or diesel engines, pneumatic or electric motors.

Performance specifications

ET-PACK is designed to API standard process pump skid packages incorporating multiple pumps in a variety of alloys, complete with integrated pipework and fully automated process control where required with the following performances ranges:

  • Flow range: up to 400 m3/h per pumps 
  • Discharge pressure range: up to 700 bar
  • Temperatures range: up to 400 oC  
  • Design standards: ASME 31.3, ASME VIII, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 610, API 674, API 675, API 676, ATEX, and customer project specifications

The Egaturbo Pump Packages (ET-PACK) range of industry applications offers bespoke designs to fit every project need:

  • Oil and gas: water filtration, separation, produced water treatment, de-sanding, glycol dehydration and amine gas treating
  • Power generation: fresh and sea water filtration, fluid separation and treatment, reverse osmosis, cooling duties, product and chemical transfer 
  • Chemicals: water treatment, water filtration, fuel skids, dosing package
