Egaturbo Horizontal Pumping Systems (ET-HPS)

Egaturbo horizontal pumping systems (HPS) feature product enhancements that increase reliability, and they are flexible enough to enable updates in the field. This multistage centrifugal pump has a modular design that provides a cost-effective solution for a wide variety of applications, from simple water injection to more complex refinery services and crude oil transfer. It is an efficient alternative to centrifugal multistage pump and positive displacement pumps in many applications. When compared to these conventional pump types, the HPS system offers high reliability, flexibility, timely delivery, and minimal maintenance.

Product types

Egaturbo HPS Pumps use electrical submersible pumping (ESP) technology in surface applications for low flow and high head operating conditions with the following product types:

  • ET-HPS-400: Horizontal multistage pump - 400 series
  • ET-HPS-513: Horizontal multistage pump - 513 series
  • ET-HPS-538: Horizontal multistage pump - 538 series
  • ET-HPS-562: Horizontal multistage pump - 562 series
  • ET-HPS-675: Horizontal multistage pump - 675 series

Performance specifications

With +20 hydraulics, the ET-HPS pump line is designed to meet the following performances ranges:

  • Flow range: up to 150 m3/h 
  • Heads range: up to 1400 m 
  • Temperatures range: up to 200 oC  
  • Pressures range: up to 200 bar

Typical market segments and applications

Egaturbo HPS pumps can be used across a wide range of upstream, midstream, and industrial applications including:

  • Oil and gas: lean amine recirculation, crude oil pipeline, CO2 injection, natural gas liquids pipeline, water injection, saltwater disposal
  • Power generation: boiler feed, geothermal injection, industrial high pressure facilities
  • Chemicals: high pressure wash for refineries, etc
  • General industry: mine dewatering, etc
